Online gift card purchases can be received in two ways:
Electronically: Electronic gift cards are sent to you, or the gift card recipient, immediately via email with a link to a PDF that can be printed and used without delay.
By Standard U.S. Mail: Gift cards will be sent to the billing address or recipient address, depending on your preference. Gift cards will be packaged in traditional PURE SILK gift card packaging and will include a service menu. Please note that delivery is 7-10 days.

An Electronic Gift Card is a gift card that is emailed to you or your recipient immediately after the completion of the purchase. After receipt of the email, the recipient can click on the PDF attachment, print or save the file, and redeem it at any of the PURE SILK Salons
PURE SILK Electronic Gift Cards are non-transferable. Recipients must provide photo identification that matches the name on the Electronic Gift Card.
A legible copy of the Electronic Gift Card and proper photo identification must be presented at the time of payment.
Electronic Gift cards that are illegible, copied, or modified in any way will be considered null and void.
PURE SILK BEAUTY is not responsible for the proper functionality of PC or MAC hardware, software, or e-mail. Technical problems with Electronic Gift Cards must be received by PURE SILK BEAUTY within three days of purchase.
PURE SILK BEAUTY gift cards are redeemable for retail products and/or services up to the balance available. Your gift card must be presented at the time of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. Gift cards cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or damaged.
